The letter should also offer to answer any <br /> questions the Board may have regarding the upcoming Department o <br /> Telecommunications and Energy-Energy Facility Siting Board hearing on 9 June 2003. <br /> This motion ended the Save Popponesset Bay Public Comment. <br /> Ed Baker stated that he wanted to make sure that we were aware that Town Meeting voted to <br /> indefinitely Postpone giving a piece of land to the conservation commission and instead trade it at <br /> a future meeting for a piece of conservation land near the river that would get the dredging done <br /> and save money. He stated there will be an article on the Pall Town Meeting warrant. He <br /> asserted that if we started today it would take a year and a half to two years to get the change <br /> through the legislature. He also saki if it would reduce the technical challenge and the cost he <br /> would be willing to wait the two years it would take. John Swart baugh stated it would be nice <br /> to have a permanent Town facility that could take care of other dredging needs. <br /> 2. Review of Minutes—The executive session minutes from 4 March were reviewed and John <br /> Swart baugh moved they be accepted as written, Jerry Daly seconded the motion, and the <br /> vote was unanimous. The 1 April meeting minutes were reviewed and Jerry Daly moved the <br /> minutes be approved as amended, Bill Taylor seconded the motion, and all commissioners <br /> voted in favor. <br /> 'age 5 of 5 <br />
