OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Harbormaster Report—Peny Ellis - Perry stated that all the saltwater patrol boats are in the <br /> water and the lake boat and pond boat are ready to roll. The weather has put them behind <br /> schedule, but all the navigation aids are set in Waquoit Bay, and Popponesset Bay is done except <br /> for three green buoys and one red. Bass tournaments are going well, and Lake Levels are at a high <br /> level due to the lame amount of rain. ferry stated that Cape Cod 'ower Sports is donating two <br /> new personal watercraft- one for the Fire Department, and one for the Harbormaster for patrol <br /> purposes. There are still a lot of pilings lifted by the ice that are floating around as well as <br /> Moats up on the marsh. <br /> Perry Ellis also reported that Cape Cod Docks had won the bid to construct two docks at the <br /> boat ramps—one at Pirates Cove, and one at Great River within the next 4 or 5 weeks. The <br /> floats are built already. <br /> 2. Shellfish Constable a ort—Rick York-Rick reported that he had attended a meeting <br /> regarding the oil spill in Buzzards Bay at the LAS Coast guard Air Station Cape Cod command <br /> center.
