He noted <br /> that it has been the site of the usual early season speeders, although now it is mostly under <br /> control. <br /> County Dredge Advisory Meeting—William Taylor <br /> At the recent meeting, it was announced that towns without dredging permits would not have <br /> schedule priority for dredging in the upcoming season. Also, dredging rates have been increased <br /> from $4,55 t $5.55 per cubic yard without a booster pump. The dredging rates with a booster <br /> pump have been increased from $8.50 to $10.50 per cubic yard. The rates were increased due to <br /> increased fuel costs and less dredging volume in the past year. <br /> Waterways By-laws and Regulations—Jim Hanks <br /> Nothing to report. <br /> Water Quality Update—Jim Hanks <br /> Jim Hanks discussed with Brian Howes the feasibility of having a water quality workshop for <br /> selected officials in the Town of Mahpee.
