00 <br /> page -2y <br /> 5. continued <br /> Discussion was also brought to the Board of Selectmen's attention <br /> for Special Police to patrol the ponds. <br /> They agreed to do their share in helping to obtain names for such. <br /> 6. One More Member Needed. <br /> Mr. Rohdin stated that this Committee should have one more member. <br /> Mr. Rohdin has been trying to contact Mr. for some time without <br /> success as he knows this person would be interested to serve,.on the <br /> Committee. <br /> 7. Sub-Committee to be formed. <br /> Mr. Rohdin and, .agreed by all other members present, requested that <br /> a sub-committee be formed to see that rules and regulations are obsarved. <br /> Mr. Blair and Mr. Fitch were appointed to lead the sub-committee. <br /> The sub-committee will try to get the help and cooperation from the <br /> Ponds' and Lakes' Associations. <br /> A form letter was dictated and it was requested that the Recording Secre- <br /> tary obtains the necessary information needed to send the letters to the <br /> proper persons. <br /> The letter is an invitation for them to attend the Mashpee,Waterways' a . <br /> next meeting to be held on January 5,1973 at 10:00 A.M. at Mr. RoWin's <br /> residence. <br /> 8. Touring the Mashpee Ponds and lakes. <br /> Mr. Homeyer suggested to contact Mr. Green, Highway, Sarveyer, to borrow <br /> the little school bus to transport the Waterways Committee when they tour <br /> each pond and Uake. <br /> This will enable the waterways Committee after the tour, to be well adversed <br /> of where, and which pond or lake is being discussed. <br /> 9. Mr. Blair's and Mr. Crowell's sworn in Certificate. <br /> Mr. Blair stated that he had gone down to the Clerk's office, to pick up <br /> his certificate of appointment' and the elerk could not find it. <br /> Mr. Rohdin requested that the Recording Secretary calls the Selectmen's <br /> office to ask that both certificates be ready and available by next <br /> Wednesday, December 12 as the two above mentioned will be there to <br /> obtain them. <br /> i " <br /> F <br />
