It was generally agreed by the Commissioners <br /> that they do not know enough to submit these By-Law revision <br /> as presented, and they need to back up what they are asking <br /> for. Mr. Homeyer stated he will call a meeting of the sub <br /> committee on Friday, January 13 , 1995 t Mr. Fordhamis house. <br /> A secial 'Wrways Commission meeting was called for Wednesday, <br /> January 18, 1994, 7: 00 . . , <br /> DISCUSSION of COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: Mr, Home rer distributed three <br /> sets of handouts pertaining to the Mashee Comprehensive Plan <br /> as follows : ( 1 ) Coastal Resources Element, 2 Open Space, <br /> Recreation and Agriculture Element, Wetlands/wildlife <br /> Plant Habitat Element, and he noted that a Public Hearing has <br /> been scheduled on Wednesday, January 18 , 1995 to discuss these. <br /> Mr, Hanks distributed a copy of the Coastal Resources Management <br /> Committee Summary of Purposes as promised at the last meeting) . <br /> Mr. Hanks plans to attend the Coastal Resources Management <br /> meeting- on Tuesday, January 17 , 1995, and he stated he will <br /> not vote to adprove any documents pertaining to the Coastal <br /> Resources Element since the Commission is still in the process <br /> of reviewing the Memo dated December er 1st. Mr. Hanks asked <br /> Commission members to call hien if they have any comments before <br /> that meeting. <br /> HARBORMASTER REPORT: Mr. Hanks gave the report in Mr. Ellis ' s <br /> absence. He distributed a handout entitled "Harbormaster Report <br /> December 1995" which was prepared by Mr. Perry F. Ellis and <br /> is attached herein. <br /> COUNTY DREDGE STATUS REVIEW: Dr, Cordon reported there has <br /> been no meetings and nothing to report. <br /> INLAND WATERWAYS: Nothing to report. <br /> POPPONESET BAY: - Nothing to report, <br /> WAIT BAY: Mr. Fordham had reported 22 swans cited. <br /> DOCK PERMIT REVIEW: Nothing- to report. <br /> 0 ER BUS NE Mr# Luna reported that the case ag ins t hi.r <br /> was dismissed in Court. Mr, Ho ever reported that Dark Sherman <br /> was not hired as Assistant Conservation Arent, and the <br /> Conservation Commission would not accept Mr. Ellis ' s letter <br /> -2 <br />
