Mr. Silver feels anything from Mr. Groetke <br /> would not be useful, Mr. Hanks stated you can renew a <br /> permit vs. starting from scratch. Mr. Goetke felt he <br /> could help in getting permits . <br /> Dredging Project status Wa uoit: No progress. <br /> Joint Dock Permitting Process: Mr. Homeyer stated a By Law <br /> amendment was suggested, Mr. Hanks stated establish task <br /> members , Inland Coastal Waterways t review. Dr. Gordon <br /> stated put this in the By Laws that roes back in October <br /> so that when anyone comes with a cane to a dock <br /> application, Waterways reviews it also. Mr. York suggested <br /> review before and after the hearing when chances have been <br /> imposed; he noted referencing to dated plans has helped, <br /> New Building: Has to be handicapped accessible. <br /> Harbormaster is working with Greg Taylor, DPW engineer. <br /> Coastal Resource Management Commission: humour is CCC will <br /> write this portion of the Comprehensive Plan. The issue <br /> of the rise in sea level is still out there. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> AQUACULTURE IS UES: Mr. Hanks feels Waterways should get up <br /> to date on this issue in order to give an opinion, Rick York <br /> is researching a grant that dates back t 'the 19.80 ' s outside. <br /> Taquoit which was farm licensed by the State. Perry noted that <br /> when we coo to dredge Little Diver, there could be a problem. <br /> Mr. Hanks asked if it is interfering with navigation.
