CRMC Representative' : Mr. Hanks noted that a new <br /> representative from Waterways is appointed to this Committee <br /> each f fiscal year. A motion was made, seconded, and unanimously <br /> t <br /> -voted renominate and appoint Mr. Hanks to this Committee. <br /> Unanimous. <br /> . Storm Surge: This book was recommended for reading by Mr. <br /> Silver; and it relates to Pleasant Bay with commeats from <br /> fisherman who did not get any help. <br /> . Step Increase for Harbormaster: The issue of a step increase <br /> for the Harbormaster was discussed, and Dr. Gordon made a motion <br /> to give Mr. Ellis a step increase. After discussion, the motion <br /> was amended to find out if it .is appropriate for Waterways to <br /> vote a step increase for the Harbormaster, A motion was rade <br /> to send a letter to the Selectmen praising Perry Ellis and his <br /> performance as Harbormaster.
