} <br /> Town Hall Building Committee 2 <br /> Minutes <br /> July 29, 1997 <br /> TOWN HAIL.CONSTRUCTION PROJECT REVIEW <br /> Mr. Hoit was requested to refer an HVAC maintenance firm to <br /> the town for seasonal systems maintenance. The operations <br /> manuals and as-built drawings for plumbing, sprinkler and electrical <br /> systems were also requested to be given to the town. <br /> Mr. Hoit indicated that roof repairs will be corrected next week. <br /> The roof flashing, and drainage overflow scupper will be addressed <br /> by the general contractor. All roof areas to be flashed shall be <br /> done in accordance with the Building Inspector's specifications. <br /> The shingled roof area to be repaired will be completed by the original <br /> contractor informed Mr. Hoit. The Committee directed Mr. Hoit to <br /> repair the new water leaks detected from the last storm. Mrs. Mason <br /> indicated that she will fax a punch list of all roof repairs to <br /> D'Agostino Associates. <br /> Mr. Hoit stated that.he will perform a water test to.further define <br /> any potential roof leaks to substantially correct the problem. <br /> Punch list items pertaining to handicap accessibility changes and <br /> directory signage will be completed this week informed Mr. Hoit. <br /> Mrs. Mason will determine the location and placement of additional <br /> electrical outlets and direct this matter to the architect for remediation. <br /> Mr. Hoit was requested by the Committee to verify the installation of <br /> the wire mesh to be placed on the existing exterior guard rails. <br /> The Committee directed the architect to provide a vault shelving plan, <br /> and make adjustments to the vault door as it presently exists. <br /> Mr. Hoit was directed to address the basement storage area and <br /> brick masonry as requested in the fax memo of July 18, 1997. <br /> Mr. Hoit indicated that a representative from the manufacturer of <br /> the brick cleaning product will conduct an site inspection next week. <br />
