} Town Hall Building Committee 2 Minutes July 29, 1997 TOWN HAIL.CONSTRUCTION PROJECT REVIEW Mr. Hoit was requested to refer an HVAC maintenance firm to the town for seasonal systems maintenance. The operations manuals and as-built drawings for plumbing, sprinkler and electrical systems were also requested to be given to the town. Mr. Hoit indicated that roof repairs will be corrected next week. The roof flashing, and drainage overflow scupper will be addressed by the general contractor. All roof areas to be flashed shall be done in accordance with the Building Inspector's specifications. The shingled roof area to be repaired will be completed by the original contractor informed Mr. Hoit. The Committee directed Mr. Hoit to repair the new water leaks detected from the last storm. Mrs. Mason indicated that she will fax a punch list of all roof repairs to D'Agostino Associates. Mr. Hoit stated that.he will perform a water test to.further define any potential roof leaks to substantially correct the problem. Punch list items pertaining to handicap accessibility changes and directory signage will be completed this week informed Mr. Hoit. Mrs. Mason will determine the location and placement of additional electrical outlets and direct this matter to the architect for remediation. Mr. Hoit was requested by the Committee to verify the installation of the wire mesh to be placed on the existing exterior guard rails. The Committee directed the architect to provide a vault shelving plan, and make adjustments to the vault door as it presently exists. Mr. Hoit was directed to address the basement storage area and brick masonry as requested in the fax memo of July 18, 1997. Mr. Hoit indicated that a representative from the manufacturer of the brick cleaning product will conduct an site inspection next week.
