Buckingham to authorize the placement <br /> o portable office structure on site as soon as possible for <br /> immediate storage use. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Fox. <br /> VOTE; Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> ' lir.Holt will submit enlarged renderings of the interior layout of the <br /> portable office structures for furniture placement purposes. <br /> TDWN WATER MAIN PRW <br /> Projected cost estimates to furnish Town water to the Town Hall facility <br /> were presented to the Committee for review. <br /> The total cost of the project is estimated as follows, k' <br /> (Town of 1lhpe's share) <br /> System Installation: $731P622.00 <br /> Street to Building Fees: $ 2,620.00 <br /> Contingency/Interest: $ 39,600.00 <br /> Total estimated cost: $79,842.00 <br /> Mr.whritenour indicated that the initial cost estimate furnished by the <br /> Water District for the'Town Mall water main project was$130,000. <br /> The Board of Selectmen directed one member of the Board to meet with <br /> the Nater District to discuss price options. The'Town lull water project <br /> was placed on the Selectmen's agenda of February 5, 1996 for review. <br /> Selectman syn recommended the Board refer this matter to the Capital <br /> Improvement Committee for consideration as a capital improvement budget <br /> luxe item.. It was noted that the Board of Selectmen voted to refer this <br /> matter to the Town Hall Building Committee for review and determination. <br />
