Motion seconded by Mr. Martini. VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. Mr. Vaccaro abstained. REYEW Q.F MMff&..ARY-OAC SPACE- Jane Labute,Town Clerk was present to discuss concerns relative to the relocation of her department during the Town Hall construction process. Mrs.Labute received notification from the Mate Department regarding the necessary conversion procedures. It was noted that NYNEX telecommunications system needs a six week lead time to accommodate the telecommunication transfer to the portable office structures. It was noted that cable channel 43 will be abandoned during the renovation process. Airs.Mason wiR review the possible use of the school access channel during the construction phase of the project with Dr.Deloura. Mrs.Labute indicated that she wifl publish legal notice to inform area residents of the temporary relocation of the'Town ClerWs Office, It was noted that the Sticker Office will be located at the Nfiddle School during the interim of the Town Hall renovation restoration projects REPORTOF TBE AR CT* It was noted that the Board of Selectmen approved the exterior site elevations and schematics of the Town Hall facility on Monday, February 12, 1996. At this time, the architectural renderings and specifications are 80% complete. Mr. Hoit indicated that advertisement is scheduled to commence on Wednesday,March 2 , 1996. Piled sub bids will be due on Thursday, April 11, 1996. Bids for the project general contractor will be due on Thursday,April 18, 1996.
