Mr. Haring said that the job superintendent, Len Paoletta, did a good job of organizing site personnel and having all building trades coordinated and construction materials available to maintain an aggressive construction schedule. D'Agostino Associates is also currently completing a project for Strekaiov ky & Holt, Inc. at the Lowell Elementary School in Watertown in the amount of$5,000,000. Project administration is very good and site'personnel have worked very hard to keep the project ahead of schedule even with the inclement weather of this past winter. The bonding company is United d States Fidelity and Guaranty Company represented by the Robert DeSanctis Agency, Wobur , ISA. We contacted Greg ,lura at DeSanctis and he stated that the agency has covered D'Agostino Associates, Inc. since 1981 and over that period of time there have been no calls or questions on the general contractor's bonds. He also said D'Agostino Associates, Inc. has ars excellent credit rating and good standing in the industry. The performance and payment bonds will be processed within 4 hours of the receipt of the notice of intent to award the contract. Based on the above information', use recommend that the contract for the construction of the additions and renovations to the Mashpee Torn Hall be awarded to D'Agostino Associates, Inc., 46 Farwell Street, Newton, MA 02160 in the amount of S 1,486,900.
