Ms. Laurent <br /> seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> Approve January 2012 Residential Tonnage of 1,693.63 Tons for Reporting to SEMASS <br /> Total Residential and Commercial is 2,762.87 tons <br /> Mr. Tilton made a motion to approve the tonnage for January 2012. Ms. Laurent seconded <br /> the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> Discussion: 2011 Tonnage <br /> Chairman Elliott reported that the UCRTS was approximately 1,500 tons short, Which <br /> represented a great improvement over 2010 figures and a savings of$45,000 in rail fees. The <br /> p g p <br /> 2011 amount due to the railroad was expected to be approximately $14,400. Ms. Laurent <br /> inquired whether the totals were based on 2011 and Mr. lack confirmed that it was. Mr. Jack <br /> also confirmed that the Falmouth figure also included the 2,800 tons that was transported to <br /> alternate dumping sites. It Was noted that the information would be forwarded to the Rail who <br /> would then send invoices to each individual town. <br /> Discussion: Inter-Municipal Agreement <br /> Mr. Tilton reported that there was no updated information regarding the regional effort. Mr. <br /> Tilton indicated that, due to their pay-as-you-throw program, Sandwich had seen a 41% decrease <br /> 1 <br />
