To ORDER <br /> The meeting was opened by Chairman Elliott at 8:00 a.m. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Approve Minutes of April llthth, 2012 Meeting <br /> Ms. Laurent made a motion to approve the minutes from April 11th. Mr. Tilton seconded <br /> the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> Approve April 2012 Residential Tonnage of 1,730.65 Tons for Reporting to SEMASS <br /> Total Residential and Commercial is 2,725.84 tons <br /> Approve May 2012 Residential Tonnage of 2,016.25 Tons for Reporting to SEMASS <br /> Total Residential and Commercial is 3,246.63 tons <br /> Approve June 2012 Residential Tonnage of 2,357.75 Tons for Reporting to SEMASS <br /> Total Residential and Commercial is 3,696.64 tons <br /> Mr. Tilton made a motion to approve the tonnage for April,May and June. Ms. Laurent <br /> seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> Update; CCCS'WAC from Paul Tilton <br /> Mr. Tilton reported that the Cape Cod Commission issued an RFQ on Monday. The text and <br /> matrix for the RFQ would be available at htt :1p urchasin .barnstablecount .or The due date <br /> for the RFQ will be 10 a.m. on August 9. Ms. Laurent noted that Bourne would be allowed to <br /> participate despite not having sufficient capacity for the entire Cape, adding that prospective <br /> bidders would be allowed to submit a quote for partial tonnage. Mr. Tilton stated that <br /> prospective bidders could also select contract terms of 5, 10 or 15 years. <br /> 1 <br />
