Mr. R.Barrett seconded the motion. <br /> All voted unanimously. <br /> Approve July 2012 Residential Tonnage of 2,529.67 Tons for Reporting to SEMASS <br /> Total Residential and Commercial is 3,915.32 tons <br /> Mr. D. Barrett made a motion to approve the tonnage. Mr. Tilton seconded the motion. <br /> All voted unanimously. <br /> The Chair noted that the July tonnage was slightly less than the year prior. <br /> Update/Discussion: CCSwAC from Paul Tilton <br /> Chairman Elliott noted that there was a good turnout at the meeting, which also received <br /> coverage in the Cape Cod Times. Copies of the CCSwAC Summary of the Response to the <br /> RFQ were distributed to meeting attendees. Mr. Tilton reported that the matrix was created in <br /> order to evaluate the six responses to the RFQ. Mr. Tilton stated that the meeting included <br /> discussion about the quotes provided by RFQ respondents. CCSwAC has requested greater <br /> clarity from the proposers regarding the quotes in order to better compare each proposal. <br /> Regarding the summary, Mr. Tilton explained that"Terms" reflected a discussion that occurred <br /> regarding the consideration of shover term agreements in order to tape advantage of possible <br /> new technology becoming available in future years. Most proposers preferred shorter terms. <br /> "Put or Pay" referred to towns not being committed to a certain amount of tonnage and most <br /> 1 <br />
