MASHPEE TOWN HILL BUILDING COMMITTEE <br /> Minutes for � <br /> June 14, 1995 <br /> Members Present: Jim Vaccaro, Ray Martini Bob Fox <br /> Ex- ffi i Present: Bob v hriten ur <br /> The meeting of the Mar tepee Town Hard Building Committee was called to order by <br /> Chairperson Jim Vaccaro at 2:07 p.m. on June 14, 1995. <br /> Jinn began the meeting by stating that the I FP's were due on Friday, ,June 16, 1995. <br /> He stated that the next steps are to get there out to all Committee members, the <br /> members need to review them, set up meeting to conduct the interviews, and then <br /> conduct the interview. Bob v hriten ur stated that approximately 9 - 10 firms were <br /> represented at the pre-bid conference. <br /> Jim reported that the injunction to stop the renovations of the Town Hall was denied by <br /> Judge O'Neil, swiftly and sternly. He also stated that Judge O'Neil was taking under <br /> consideration their request to be compensated for legal fees incurred. <br /> Bob Fox asked for a run down of the selection procedure again to which Bob <br /> llhrit n ur responded. Bob also stated that bidders were also made available the <br /> work done by Donham & Sweeney. Bob Fox asked if Donham & Sweeney had <br /> attended the pre-bid conference, to which Bob replied that they had not, but he had <br /> spoken to them by phone. <br /> Flay Martini asked if Greg Taylor would be attending the meetings. Jim stated that he <br /> had spoken with Greg and asked hire to participate in the RFP review and interview <br /> process. <br /> Jinn stated that net geek all bids would be sent out to all Committee members and the <br /> following geek they would conduct a meeting to review then and to discuss which ones <br /> would be selected to interview. He stated that they would need to bring three names, in <br /> rank order, to the Selectmen. He stated that they could interview all of the bidders if <br /> they wanted t , but felt that this would not be necessary. He stated that they would <br /> probably end up interviewing approximately six bidders. A brief discussion was held on <br /> the firms who were represented at the pre-bid conference. <br /> discussion was held to set up tentative dates for scheduling the interviews. Jim <br /> stated that they would need to allow approximately ately 1+ hours per interview. Jim asked <br /> that they set a gnarl of the July 24th Selectmen's meeting to present to the Selectmen <br /> the Committee's recommendation. It was determined that tentative interview dates <br />
