ISIA HPEE TOWN HALL BUILDING MMITTEE Minutes for,dune 28, 1995 Page Charlie asked if after these interviews the Committee felt they wanted t interview additional candidates, would they be allowed to do so. Jim stated that they would. H also mentioned that they would be negotiating the contract award amount after the selection process and that all of the candidates were aware f the project's budgeted amount. .Jim stated that the Committee would need to list, in ranking order, at learnt three candidates and present those to the Board of Selectmen. Jim asked the Committee members r if they had any other questions. A brief discussion was held to determine if the Committee wanted Tori Wren to sit in on the interviews. It was decided that Tom would be invited after the architect was selected. Greg Taylor stated he had had at meeting with the Police Chief and Police Department to discuss the alarm system at the Town Hall building.. Greg asked the Committee t consider at more efficient alarm system when designing the new alarm system for the Torn Hall building. He stated that over the past fear years, there had been approximately 150 to 200 false alarms but not one actual emergency. The Committee agreed that this was an important item to consider. A brief discussion was held regarding some security needs that they would like to see addressed when designing the alarm system. Jim asked the Committee for any additional questions or concerns. As there were none, Bob Fox motioned for the meeting to adjourn at 3:02 p.m. Ray Martini seconded the motion, whi h was carried by a unanimous gots. Respectfully submitted by: Brendan L. Achille
