MASHPEE TOWN HALL BUILDING COMMITTEE Minutes for July 19, 1995 Members Present: Jim Vaccaro, Ray Martini, Bob Fox, Charles Buckingham E ,offiis 'resent: Bob Whritenour, Greg Taylor The meeting of the Mashpee Town Hall Building Committee was called to order b Chairperson Jiro Vaccaro at 2:26 p.m. on July 19, 1995. Jinn began the meeting by presenting the meeting minutes from the June 28, 1995: Committee meeting and asked all members if they had any corrections/additions to the minutes. As there were re none, Charlie Buckingham motioned t accept the minutes from the Jure 28, 1995, meeting of the Town Hall Building Committee.mittee. Ray Martini seconded the motion, which was carried with a unanimous vote. Jim presented the ,meeting minutes from the July 6, 1395, Committee ,meeting and asked all members if they had any corrections/additions to the minutes. As there were none, Charlie Buckingham ,actioned to accept the minutes from the ,.duly 6, 1335, meeting of the Town Hall Building Committee, Ray Martini seconded the. motion, which was carried with a unanimous vote. As there were none, Ray Martini moti on ed to accept the ,minutes from the July 11 1335, meeting. of the Town Hall Building Committee. Charlie Buckingham seconded the motion, which was carried with a unanimous Grote. Jim asked Bob Ili hritenour to clarify what the Committee was required to do in order to present their recommendations to the Selectmen. Bob stated that the Committee needed to select and recommend three design architects in rank order to present to the Selectmen. *Jim asked the Committee members to report on the reference checks that they had conducted. Greg stated that he had spoken to the Town Manager in Cohasset regarding a project Donharn and Sweeney had done there in 1988. He reported he had been told the following: The design concept was good and, in general, the Town had been very happy with them;
