r} � J L " MASHPEE TOWN HALL BUILDING COMMITTEE Minutes for August 16, 1995 Members Present: Jiro Vaccaro, Ray Martini, Bob Fox, Charles Buckingham Fac- fFiios Present: Bob whritenour, Bill Hauck Also Present: Jeanine Delongchamp, Strekalovsky & Hoit, Tom Wren The meeting of the Mashpee Town Hall Building Committee was called to order by Chairperson Jim Vaccaro at 2:10 p.m. on August 16, 1995. } Jim began the meeting by presenting the meeting minutes from the July 26, 19951 Committee meeting and asked all members if they had any corrections/additions to the minutes. As there were none, Charlie Buckingham motioned to accept the min tes from the July 26, 1995, meeting of the Town Hall Building Committee. Ray Martini seconded the motion, which was carried with a unanimous Grote. Jiro asked Ms. Delong Kamp if she had prepared a time frame for this project. els. elongharp distributed the proposed project schedule to all members and presented a review of this schedule. She asked Bob Jvhritenour if he had provided the Committee members Frith a copy of the questionnaire which had been distributed to all departments. Bob stated that he had not but will do so as soon as possible. He suggested that Strekalovky & Hoit attend the net Department Head meeting to which Ms. Delongchamp agreed. Bob also asked if Strekalovsky & Hoit would grant the individual departments to contact them with additional comments/questions after their initial meeting to review the questionnaire or if they would prefer to use the Town Hall Building Committee as the liaison. Jiro suggested that it would be best if the departments used the Committee as the liaison. Charlie Buckingham asked if the proposed schedule would work with the time frame for obtaining the handicapped_ accessibility grant. Jim stated that the Committee anticipates knowing whether or not the grant will be approved by the end of October to beginning of November Jim asked Ms. belong Kamp if she thought Strekal ov ky & Hoit would need to meet again with the Committee and perhaps the department heads after the preliminary schematic design. Ills. Delongharp stated that she would recommend such a meeting. Jim stated that: in addition to individual issues with the various departments, there would be some issues that the Committee would handle; i.e., fire proof storage. Ray Martini stated his concern about providing sufficient time to move the individual departments before the commencement ent of construction and asked when the actual construction of this project would begin according to the proposed schedule.
