Page 1 <br /> Town HaU Building Conrrittee <br /> Minutes <br /> October 4, 1995 <br /> Present: Jima Vaccaro, Ray Martini, Charles Buckingham,Bob Pox <br /> Bob whritenour, Greg Taylor, Bill Hauck <br /> Guests: Jeanine Delonghamp, George Costa,Janne Labute,George Baker <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chahm=Vaccaro at 2:20 p.m. <br /> NUNUT'ES,-. <br /> Wednesday, September 13, 1995: <br /> Motion made by stay Martini to approve the minutes of <br /> Wednesday, September 13, 1995 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Bob Fox. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous, 3-0. <br /> Mr. Buckingham abstained. <br /> Wednesday, September 27, 1995: <br /> Being no quorum, the minutes of September 27, 1995 were <br /> approved by Jim Vaccaro and Charles Buckingham as <br /> presented. <br /> PRELIMINARY SCHEMATIC FLAN REVIEW: <br /> Jeanine Delongchamp, architect for Strekalov ky and Hoit met with <br /> Department Heads today to discuss the schematic design proposed for <br /> the renovation/restoration of the Town Hall facility. <br /> Depa=ent Heads were invited to discuss individual space needs with <br /> the Building Committee on this date. <br /> Jane Labute,Town Clerk indicated that she is pleased with the design of <br /> her new office facility. Mrs.Labute related concerns with regards to the <br /> computer system dedicated to the Mate of Massachusetts for the March <br /> Presidential Primary Election as it relates to the transition of Town office <br /> space needs during the renovation/restoration project. <br /> Mr. Vaccaro indicated that the exact ging of the Town Hal1's transition <br /> is not yet known. Offices will be moved to trailers during the interim of <br /> the renovation restoration program. It was noted that the Town Clerk's <br /> Office may be off line for one day during this phase of the project. <br /> Bill Hauck recommended to place an additional 18"counter in the hallway <br /> outside of the Building Inspector's office for public use. <br /> *Approved by the Committee. <br />
