r� Page 2 Town Hall Building Committee Minutes October 4, 1.995 l EUMI ARY SCUMATTC PLAID REVEE • Fire Chief George Baker related concerns with regards to adequate conference room space for regulatory boards and committees. *It is the consensus of the Committee to include a second petition in the Selectmen's fleeting loom to provide for additional conference room space as recommended. Mr.Whritenour will be restrictive of scheduling for space considerations. The Committee recommended to chart designated meeting dates and times. Ms.Delongchamp indicated that she Will amend to plan to make minor adjustments to the Office of the Treasurer and Board of Assessors. *It is the consensus of the Committee to Main the standard office size s presented in the schematic plan for all Town Departments. Mr.whritenour recommended the architect include a drop off box in the lobby area and provide additional space for inter-office mail. It was noted that a central fax and copy machine will be contained in the workroom area located on the first floor of the Town Hall facility. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT-COST 5TI i T S: Motion made by Mr. Buckingham to instruct the Architect to begin the Design Development phase in detail and provide Cost Estimates for the renovation/restoration of the 'town Hall facility at the next scheduled meeting. Motion seconded by Mr. Martini. VOTE; [unanimous. 4- . It was noted that theEx-Officio members of the Town Hall Building Committee concur with the above recommendation to begin Design Development and obtain Cost Estimates. *Ms. Delongehamp will present phasing scenario's of the Town Hall renovationlrestoration project to the Committee for review in addition to providing the initial architectural renderings of the facility as proposed for the Building Corrimitteets consideration.
