H-20 septic tank suitable for greater than 4' depths. The new tank will be installed in the spot vacated <br /> by the old tank. <br /> The Agent noted everything is the same and suggested attaching a condition that there be erosion <br /> control set in place during construction. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. Dalton. Proposed demolition <br /> and reconstruction of foundation, dwelling, garage and deck with addition of a <br /> swimming pool, patio, landscaping and mitigation plantings. NOI <br /> Resource Area: LSCSF, Buffer Zone to Coastal Bank, BVW, Salt Marsh, Popponesset <br /> Bay <br /> Tom Bunker,BSS Design, along with Andrew Garulay, Yarmouthport Design Group, <br /> represented the applicants. Mr. Bunker explained the project is the proposed demolition and <br /> reconstruction of foundation, dwelling, garage and deck with the addition of a swimming pool, <br /> patio, landscaping and mitigation plantings. He reviewed the plan and the resource areas <br /> which included the seawall and the mitigation plantings. He noted the septic system was <br /> inspected by the Board of Health and passed with the same number of bedrooms. He noted <br /> the limit of work. He stated the house is in the same location as the existing location. In <br /> response to the Agent's question, Mr. Bunker stated the limit of work will be accessed from the <br /> front of the property and access to the back will be from the northern side of the property. <br /> Andrew Garulay reviewed the mitigation plantings plan and noted the different areas the <br /> plantings will take place. He noted where the pool equipment will be stored and stated the oak <br /> trees will remain. The Agent reviewed photos of the property. He noted the lawn area will have <br /> to meet the lawn standards and noted the project is an improvement to the site. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to Close and Issue, seconded by Mr. Dalton. Vote unanimous <br /> 4-0 <br /> 6:21 Jay J. & Elizabeth A. Derenzo, 134 Popponesset Island Road. Request to Amend <br /> Order of Conditions 43-2910 (construction of dwelling, swimming pool/cabana, <br /> driveway) to include expansion of a patio and steps, relocation of pool equipment and <br /> landscape and mitigation modifications. AOOC <br /> Resource Area: Buffer Zone to Coastal Bank, Salt Marsh, Coastal Dune, LSCSF <br /> Andrew Garulay, Yarmouthport Design Group and Tom Bunker, BSS Design, represented the <br /> applicants. Mr. Garulay stated the homeowners are seeking to make changes in the <br /> landscape that require Amending the Order of Conditions which includes expanding the <br /> proposed patio to accommodate a fire pit and outdoor cooking area, changing doors on the <br /> patio side of the house and adding steps to those doors, moving the location of proposed pool <br /> equipment at the request of the northern abutter, replacing removed vegetation and add <br />
