He noted the septic system was <br /> inspected by the Board of Health and passed with the same number of bedrooms. He noted <br /> the limit of work. He stated the house is in the same location as the existing location. In <br /> response to the Agent's question, Mr. Bunker stated the limit of work will be accessed from the <br /> front of the property and access to the back will be from the northern side of the property. <br /> Andrew Garulay reviewed the mitigation plantings plan and noted the different areas the <br /> plantings will take place. He noted where the pool equipment will be stored and stated the oak <br /> trees will remain. The Agent reviewed photos of the property.
