A discussion ensued and the chair mentioned that <br /> seeing everything outlined in the executive director employment contract really made it clear <br /> how busy we are and stated that there is no doubt to how much staff is working hard to serve our <br /> clients in Mashpee, as well as in Brewster, Carver, and Mattapoisett. A motion was made by <br /> Lisa Meizinger and seconded by Kevin Shackett to approve and accept the DHCD <br /> Executive Director Salary Calculation Worksheet and to authorize the chair to sign off on <br /> it. The motion carried unanimously. Mrs. Botsford thanked the members. A motion was <br /> made by Jill Allen and seconded by Lisa Meizinger to accept, approve and sign the contract <br /> with the Executive Director as presented,with the addition of the word "to" in Section 7.4, <br /> for a term ending June 30,2024.The motion carried unanimously. Mrs. Botsford expressed <br /> her thanks to the board. She will make the change and have the documents for signature at the <br /> next meeting. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> A. TD Bank Signatory Form and Authorization: With the help of the chair, the housing <br /> authority has gotten the documents for resolution and signatures to add Lisa Meizinger to the <br /> housing authority accounts as an authorized signer. All members signed in the appropriate <br /> spaces. Mrs. Botsford will get Mr. Halpern's signature and then turn it all in to the bank. <br /> B. Write offs: Mrs. Botsford advised members that there was one balance owed to the housing <br /> authority that is doubtful to be collected. The total is $3,150.23 and remains from the chapter <br /> 705 family tenant they evicted last year. A motion was made by Kevin Shackett and seconded <br /> by Lisa Meizinger to approve the write off in the amount of$3,150.23 as presented. The <br /> motion carried unanimously. Mrs. Botsford will inform the fee accountant that this amount <br /> should be written off. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: None <br /> COMMUNICATIONS/CORRESPONDENCE: None that hasn't already been mentioned. <br /> NEXT MEETING: The next meeting will be Thursday, May 2, 2019 at 6:00 PM and will be <br /> held at the Homeyer Village Apartments Community Room, 7 Job's Fishing Road, Mashpee. <br /> MEETING ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Jill Allen and seconded by Kevin <br /> Shackett to adjourn.
