His business has grown in the last three <br /> years, and he is hoping to open his new facility by the end of this year. The Town of <br /> Mashpee has tremendous growth, and is one of the reasons it affords him the opportunity <br /> to open a new facility. He wants to host coffee roasting, invite people to bring their families, <br /> and the most important aspect, is.to grow his current business. His business is currently <br /> providing product throughout New England, New York, and New Jersey. He also gets a lot <br /> of requests from bus tours, and local residents hoping he can provide an inviting place for <br /> people to enjoy both inside and outside the building. <br /> Rich Tabaczynski presented the site plan of the facility at Evergreen Circle, and that will <br /> be situated on 1.74 acres.The road has been paved and all the utilities are installed. Many <br /> of the utilities that will serve the project will be coming off of Evergreen Circle and will <br /> include tying into the water, gas, and underground electric. The zoning is a C-3 along with <br /> the Light Industrial Overlay District that will be presented in front of the Planning Board for <br /> a Special Permit. <br /> 1 <br />
