Jalbert, 43 Monahansett Road. Proposed landscape and hardscape modifications. At request of applicant, continued from 2/14, 3/28, 4/11 — mitigation required. At request of applicant, please vote to continue to 6/27 @ 6:03 p.m. Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to continue the 6:00 p.m. hearing to 6/27 @ 6:03 p.m. with the understanding that this will be the last continuance unless there are extenuating circumstances. Seconded by Mr. Smith. Vote 4-0 6:03 p.m. Stephen J. &Jennifer L. Noxon, 11 Harbor Ridge Drive. Proposed Amended Amended Order of Conditions to modify a patio expansion, expand deck/landing stairs and install hot tub. Resource Area: Salt Marsh, BVW, Coastal Bank J T Newton, Maffei Landscape Contractor, represented the applicants. He explained this is an amended amended order of conditions. The owners want to modify the previously approved patio expansion and expand the existing deck to incorporate a larger landing and steps for easier access as well as for a potential hot tub. All will fall within the same footprint of the AOOC issued on March 15, 2017 and a revised AOOC to reflect the requested revisions. The Agent showed the plan and reviewed the proposed project and asked about the trees near the pathway. Mr. Newton stated the trees will remain and they will adjust the walkway to protect the trees. He noted the project is an adjustment of what is going in the layout and
