Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> June 3, 2019 <br /> LIAISON REPORTS <br /> Board of Selectmen Association Meeting: June 14, 2019 at the Hyannis Golf Club; <br /> Main topic of discussion, Residential Exemptions. <br /> TOWN MANAGER UPDATES <br /> Host Community Agreements: The (2) Host Community Agreements for the siting of a marijuana <br /> cultivation/product manufacturing establishment in the Town of Mashpee have been executed. <br /> Mashpee Water District Agreement: The Inter-municipal Agreement between the Town of Mashpee and <br /> Mashpee Water District is due to expire. Recommended changes are anticipated to be brought forth by the <br /> Town Manager. <br /> Route 151 Corridor Improvement Project: In 2013, the Route 151 Corridor Improvement Project was <br /> anticipated to cost$320,000. With project revisions and updated figures, the project is now valued at <br /> $778,000. The Town is expected to be reimbursed with Chapter 90 Road Improvement Funds for this project. <br /> Transfer Station: To offset operational costs, additional revenue sources are being investigated. <br /> MIIA Savings: Appreciation was given to Christine Willander for recognizing $27,306 in cost savings <br /> through MIIA reward points. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion made by Selectman Sherman to adjourn at 7:41 p.m. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Roll Call vote: <br /> Selectman Gottlieb,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Sherman,yes <br /> Opposed, none <br /> Enclosure: Respectfully submitted, <br /> JBCC PowerPoint Presentation <br /> Kathleen M.
