Board of Selectmen Minutes June 3, 2019 Public Hearing—Request for Modification of Entertainment License: Naukabout Beer Company, LLC: Peter Murner: (continued) Motion made by Selectman Sherman to continue the Public Hearing to consider a possible modification to the entertainment license of Naukabout Beer Company, LLC, 13 Lake Avenue to the next Selectmen's Meeting on Monday,June 17,2019 to allow for the applicant to work with the Town Manager's Office to develop a specific proposal, and authorize the Town Manager to work with Town Counsel on the terms and conditions to be considered. Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. Roll Call vote: Selectman Gottlieb,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Sherman,yes Opposed, none Department of Public Works Director Catherine Laurent: Discussion and Approval of Extension of Annual Bids for Fiscal Year 2020: Catherine Laurent, Director of Public Works was in attendance to recommend the Board award annual bid contracts to be extended for FY20 as outlined in her memorandum to the Board dated May 28, 2019. Ms. Laurent indicated the bids are the second year of a two-year bid except for the Alarm and MMHS Wastewater contracts which are the third year of a three-year bid. In this process bids are straight forward, submitted directly to the Town of Mashpee and not bid under the Barnstable County bid process. This includes Alarm Monitoring/Inspection, Chip Seal, Crack Sealing, Elevator Inspections and Service, Fire Suppression/Sprinkler Inspection and Service, Generator PM and Service, Guardrail, HVAC Service and Repair, HVAC Water Treatment, Line Painting, Plumbing Services and MMHS WWTF services. Motion made by Selectman O'Hara to approve the extension of the Annual Bids for Fiscal Year 2020 as identified. Motion seconded by Selectman Sherman. VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0.
