The sprinkler room needs to <br /> have a sign, and for the FDC. <br /> • Controlled Construction documents will be required. <br /> • A fire protection engineer for the design of the sprinkler system. <br /> • A design of the interior showing the separation on the interior. <br /> • Caution the area with storage of combustibles such as cardboard, and <br /> avoid the amount of cardboard. Sprinkled or not, the sprinkler system can <br /> be overloaded. That is the key factor. <br /> • Address on Evergreen <br /> • Knox Box requirement <br /> Chief Rullo recommended the applicant schedule a meeting to discuss further <br /> interior design plans. <br /> Charlie told the applicants that they need controlled construction documents for all <br /> the projects discussed today, and they can contact him to schedule a meeting if <br /> necessary. <br /> Glen mentioned that the floor plan shows two retail spaces. Matt said that is the <br /> wrong plan, and they will revise it. <br /> Motion: <br /> Glen made a motion to approve the application with the following conditions; <br /> • Special Permit required and that the Town Planner recommend . <br /> architectural guidance from the Cape Commission. <br /> • Landscape to be low impact <br /> • Trash and recycling dumpsters are provided. <br /> • Retention basin cannot be within the 50 ft. wooded buffer area. <br /> • The Building is sprinkled. <br /> • Control Construction Documents to be provided. <br /> • A fire protection engineer to review the uses of the building. <br /> • A Knox Box requirement. <br /> • The entrances for the uses across the street be reviewed and revised <br /> appropriately if necessary. <br /> Rodney seconded.
