Matt said it will be a redemption <br /> center and recycling. The retail sales will be for liquor beverages. Catherine said <br /> since the deliveries will be made in the rear there will be no trucks parked on <br /> Evergreen Circle. She recommends additional landscaping be provided along Rte. <br /> 130. Catherine said that a dumpster and recycling bin should be provided because <br /> of the amount of cardboard. Matt said there will be a dumpster located in the rear <br /> on the left side. Glen asked if it is large enough to accommodate solid waste and <br /> a recycling dumpster. Raul said right now it is just a 10 x 10 pad, but could be <br /> expanded to accommodate two bins. Matt said there will be a trash and a recycling <br /> bin in the fenced area. <br /> Evan Lehrer Town Planner <br /> Evan asked if there is an opportunity of seeing the minimum front yard setback. <br /> Can the parking be accommodated on Evergreen Circle if the building is pushed <br /> up to the setback? Raul said that there is a semi-trailer accessing and docking in <br /> the rear to access the garage doors to remove the recyclables. There are 32 <br /> proposed parking spaces: Matt said that the natural vegetation is achieved, and <br /> Evergreen Circle is the practical access. Evan asked if the areas that are not paved <br /> will remain natural vegetation. Matt said that he will put in low impact and drought <br /> tolerant vegetation. <br /> Catherine asked where the boundary line was for the 100 ft. buffer. Evan said he <br /> will have to look closer at the plan. <br /> Glen asked a question for DPW. If there's a traffic light will there need to be any <br /> changes made at the entrance. Catherine said that the light will be on Echo. <br /> Glen Harrington, Board of Health <br /> Glen asked if there will be any future uses that will require to push the septic flow <br /> over 600. Matt said he will do a final review with the owner. Glen said this system <br /> will need a Title 5 variance. Glen asked if there will be retail sales at this location. <br /> The owner said; yes. <br /> Charlie Maintanis, Building Inspector <br /> Charlie mentioned section 174-31 footnote 14, retention ponds are not allowed <br /> within the 50 ft. natural wooded buffer area.-Matt said that it was also mentioned <br /> at Design Review and they will review that. Charlie said there was a conversation <br /> about the parking on the side and rear, 174-25.1 (6) Off-street parking shall be <br /> allowed on the side or rear of the principal building on any lot. When the lot fronts <br /> on Rte. 28, Rte. 130 or Great Neck Road. That road shall be considered the front = <br /> of the purposes of the subsection. <br /> 8 <br />
