11 <br /> Community Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> January 24, 2019 <br /> Review& Approval of FYI Community Preservation Coalition Dues: $4,350: <br /> Since its inception, the Community Preservation Committee has supported the Coalition for <br /> advocacy and technical support. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Halpern to approve the Community Preservation Coalition Dues for <br /> FY19 in the amount of$4,350 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Smith. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 7-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Gottlieb,yes Mr. Hyde,yes Mr. Halpern,yes Mr. Larkin,yes <br /> Ms. Waygan,yes Mr. Harsch,yes Mr. Smith,yes Opposed, none <br /> COMMUNICATIONS & CORRESPONDENCE <br /> Affordable HousingTrust:rust: As noted and due to an oversight, the Declaration of the Affordable <br /> Housing Trust as created by a vote of the May 1, 2006 has been recorded at the Barnstable <br /> County Registry of Deeds on January 14, 2019; Book 31779 and Page 31. <br /> Departmental Survey The Departmental Survey issued by the CPC to gain insight on the future <br /> needs of Community Preservation funding will be reviewed at the next meeting as the <br /> Community Preservation Committee prepares to make a recommendation to the Board of <br /> Selectmen on moving forward with the fund which currently assesses a 3% surcharge on real <br /> property. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion made by Mr. Halpern to adjourn at 7:30 p.m. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Smith. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 7-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Gottlieb,yes Mr. Hyde,yes Mr. Halpern,yes Mr. Larkin,yes <br /> Ms. Waygan,yes Mr. Harsch,yes Mr. Smith,yes Opposed, none <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Kathleen M.
