10 <br /> Community Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> January 24, 2019 <br /> Review of proposed Special Town Meeting Articles identif�g Funding Categories: <br /> 10%Historic Reserves: <br /> Mashpee War Monument $285,000 <br /> Town Clerk, Historic Document Restoration $150,742 <br /> Restoration of the Parsonage $400,000 <br /> 10% Affordable Housing Reserves: <br /> Housing Assistance Program II $330,000 <br /> FORWARD—Affordable Housing Community $ 50,000 <br /> Acquisition of 646 Old Barnstable Road $125,000 <br /> Motion made by Mr. Larkin to assign the above referenced funding categories to the May <br /> 2019 Special Town Meeting projects. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Smith. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 7-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Gottlieb,yes Mr. Hyde,yes Mr. Halpern,yes Mr. Larkin,yes <br /> Ms. Waygan,yes Mr. Harsch,yes Mr. Smith,yes Opposed, none <br /> FYI State Reimbursement Funds - Approval of Article to set aside additional 10% Reserves <br /> $13,896 to Open Space/Recreation Reserve, Historic Reserve & Community Housing Reserve: <br /> The sum of$138,957 was additionally received in reimbursements funds. The additional <br /> projection was 11.5%, and the final match was 19%. As a clean-up article to set aside the <br /> required 10% reserves of additional Trust Fund monies the CPC took action as follows. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Larkin to approve and recommend to the May 2019 Special Town <br /> Meeting, an article to set aside the additional 10% Reserves funding $13,896 to the 10% <br /> Open Space/Recreational Reserve, $13,896 to the 10% Historic Reserve, and $13,896 to the <br /> 10% Community Housing Reserve. <br /> Motion seconded by Ms. Waygan. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 7-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Gottlieb,yes Mr. Hyde,yes Mr. Halpern,yes Mr. Larkin,yes <br /> Ms. Waygan,yes Mr. Harsch,yes Mr. Smith,yes Opposed, none <br />
