Vote 5-0 unanimous. <br /> Administrative Approval Request: 42 Coastline Drive/access easement-Installation of privacy <br /> fencing and plantings <br /> John Falacci of New Seabury Properties presented an administrative approval request for the <br /> construction of privacy fencing along the.property line of 42 Coastline Drive up to the top of the <br /> coastal bank. Additionally, another section of fencing running across the access easement to <br /> the coastal bank adjacent to 42 Coastline Drive. The fence is 6 feet in height and will serve to <br /> ensure privacy for the property at 42 Coastline Drive and restrict vehicle access for the easement <br /> area adjacent to 42 Coastline Drive. This access area is used for beach nourishment. A portion <br /> of the fencing will be removable to accommodate access at the top of the coastal bank for <br /> periodic beach nourishment access. Wildlife passage will be accommodated by having 6 inches <br /> of clearing at the bottom of the fencing footprint. The Agent recommended approval with the <br /> provision that the planting species be worked out between the applicant and Conservation staff. <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved to approve the administrative request, seconded by Mr. Dalton <br /> Vote: 5-0 unanimous <br /> HEARINGS <br /> 6.00 James C.
