Resource Areas: Land Under Ocean, LSCSF, buffer zone to BVW salt marsh and coastal <br /> bank <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to continue the hearing to July 11th at 6:03 p.m., seconded by <br /> Mr. Smith. Vote unanimous 5-0 <br /> 6:03 The Stopped Bus LLC, 161* Old Barnstable Rd NO1. Proposed single family dwelling, <br /> garage, septic system, restoration/replication of resource area (Isolated Land Subject to <br /> Flooding). At the request of the applicant, this was continued from 12/13/2018. The applicant <br /> is requesting a continuance to 7/11/2019 at 6:03 p.m. <br /> Resource Areas: Isolated Land Subject to Flooding <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to continue the hearing to July 11th at 6:03 p.m., seconded by <br /> Mr. Smith. Vote 5-0 <br /> 6:06 Mark and Robin Galante 164 Captains Row RDA (ATF). Replace deteriorated <br /> landscape retaining wall the new landscape tie retaining wall in the same footprint. Landscaping <br /> of all disturbed areas. <br /> Resource Areas: Riverfront (Mashpee River), salt marsh <br /> Jack Lander Cauley (Engineering consultant) presented the project. This project was previously <br /> approved under a prior RDA that had expired. The previous permit was issued for dock and <br /> retaining wall reconstruction in the same footprints. The dock work was completed while the <br /> permit was valid (within three years of issuance); however, the retaining wall work was taking <br /> place after the permit expired. Mr. Cauley described the work and the associated plan. The wall <br /> is in the process of being rebuilt in the same footprint and one,side has been completed. Mr. <br /> Cauley stated the completed portion looked good and there are no issues. He indicated that the <br /> contractors (Clipper Landscaping) know what they're doing and the work looks good and <br /> recommended additional erosion control on the unfinished side. The Agent provided the <br /> background information for the commission and recommended approval with a provision that <br /> the plantings in the backfilled areas be approved by Conservation staff. The Agent <br /> recommended a negative determination <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. Dalton. Vote 5-0 <br /> unanimous <br /> Naukabout Brewery permit extension Request: The Agent described that this post agenda <br /> item was put on the agenda in anticipation of an extension request to be submitted by <br /> Naukabout. No such request was received, so there was no need for any discussion. <br /> UPDATE: Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC): Munitions storage monitoring on <br /> conservation land: <br /> The Agent provided an update to the commissioners regarding the ongoing monitoring of <br /> potential munitions storage on conservation land parcel abutting the Mass Military Reservation. <br /> The Agent said he sent an email to Rose Forbes of AFCEC stating that the commission will <br /> require ongoing yearly monitoring of this area for munitions storage and require signage on the <br />
