MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to send the use table to the Board of Selectmen,to be <br /> placed on the October 2019 Town Meeting Warrant. Mr. Callahan seconded the motion. All <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Mr.Balzarini made a motion that there would be no action reducing the side setback <br /> to 5 feet and redress the matter one year from passage at Town Meeting. Mr. Phelan seconded <br /> the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Mr.Balzarini made a motion to submit the Definitions for inclusion on the October <br /> 2019 Town Meeting Warrant. Mr. Cummings seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> Chairman Waygan stated that the information would be forwarded to the Board of Selectmen on <br /> Monday. The Chair further noted that a regulatory meeting would be held on July 15 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Should the items be added to the Town Warrant by the Board of Selectmen,the Planning Board would <br /> hold a Public Hearing and accept public comment on the matter at that time. The Chair asked Mr. <br /> Lehrer to ensure that ZBA Chair John Furbush and Design Review members be in receipt of the <br /> information. <br /> Charles Rowley June Invoice-An invoice in the amount of$490 was received for regular <br /> services in the month of June. It was confirmed that Mr. Rowley would be reviewing the plans of <br /> Meetinghouse Road and Cape Cod Coffee. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to approve the expenditure. Mr. Cummings seconded <br /> the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> Mr. Rowley confirmed there was no further information available on Ockway since his last inspection, <br /> prior to the last Planning Board meeting. Mr. Phelan noted that the drop off had been built up and Mr. <br /> Rowley responded that he had asked Mr. Morin to do so at the end of Blue Castle as well as loam and <br /> seed near Mr. Virgilio's home. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> One Cape Registration-Mr. Lehrer asked that any additional members contact him to <br /> confirm their attendance. <br /> CHAIRMAN'S REPORT <br /> The Chair stated that correspondence had been received regarding a joint meeting between the <br /> Board of Selectmen and regulatory boards on Monday, July 15 at 6:30 p.m. to discuss Articles <br /> received by the Board of Selectmen to be included on the Town Meeting Warrant. The Chair indicated <br /> that she would be out of town, but had asked whether the meeting could be moved to July 22. <br /> Additionally,the Chair attended the Public Hearing for the Bylaw Review Committee,who would be <br /> proposing 31 Articles to the Board of Selectmen. The Chair requested a copy of the Articles from the <br /> Committee and the Town Manager,to review at tonight's meeting,but the information was not <br /> provided. Mr. Balzarini inquired whether the Planning Board would need to hold public hearings for <br /> the bylaws but the Chair believed they were not all zoning articles. The Chair indicated that the Bylaw <br /> Review Committee's April 30 minutes indicated a listing of the Articles, noting that it appeared <br /> Zoning Articles had been placed on hold. Section 2-1 appeared to change the October Town Meeting <br /> deadline to submit Articles from the second Monday in July to the second Monday in August, but the <br /> 4 <br />
