Submitted by the Board of Selectmen Explanation: This article will authorize the Board of Selectmen to acquire title to 36 properties by gift or otherwise. The Board of Selectmen recommends approval of Article 13 by a vote of 4-0. The Finance Committee recommends approval of Article 13 by a vote of 6-0. Motion made by Selectman Andre Gottlieb. Motion: I move the Town vote to approve Article 13 as printed in the Warrant with the exception of the phrase "or take any other action relating thereto". Motion made and passed to dispense with reading of Article 13 at 9:13 PM. Motion passes unanimously at 9:13 PM. 16
