Motion: I move the Town vote to adopt,by local option pursuant to G.L. c. 64N, §3,the additional 3%local sales tax on the sale or transfer of marijuana or marijuana products by a marijuana retailer operating within the Town. Motion passes at 9:11 PM. Article 12 To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds the sum of$50,000, to be expended under the direction of the Mashpee 150th Anniversary Committee with approval by the Board of Selectmen, for the purpose of funding the Town of Mashpee's Sesquicentennial Celebration in 2020, or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by the Board of Selectmen The Board of Selectmen recommends approval of Article 12 by a vote of 5-0. The Finance Committee recommends approval of Article 12 by a vote of 5-0. Motion made by Selectman John Cahalane.
