After a public hearing held on May 1,2019, the Planning Board voted unanimously to recommend <br /> Article 26. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Carol Sherman. <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to amend §174-45.6 (E), which is the corrected Zoning Bylaw <br /> section reference for the subject text amendment relative to the Light Industrial Overlay District, <br /> to read as follows: <br /> Base zoning dimensional requirements defined in the Land Space Requirements Table in Section <br /> 174-31 of the Mashpee Zoning Bylaw shall apply in the Light Industrial Overlay District The <br /> design and construction of buildings and structures, and site designs within the Light Industrial <br /> Overlay District shall conform to"Design Guidelines for Cape Cod:Designing the Future to Honor <br /> the Past"prepared by the Cape Cod Commission and Community Vision, Inc. (as approved by the <br /> Cape Cod Commission on September 1994, 2nd Edition March 1998) and its addendum, <br /> "Contextual Design on Cape Cod" (as approved by the Cape Cod Commission on October 1, <br /> 2009), copies of which shall be on file and available for review at the Office of the Town Clerk <br /> and the Planning Department Office and shall be subject to approval by the permitting authority. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 9:39 PM. <br /> Article 27 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend §174-25 (I) (10) of the Zoning Bylaw "Accessory uses" <br /> by adding the letters "SP" under the columns identified as, C-3 and I-1 to read: <br /> Type of Use Residential Commercial Industrial <br /> 1. Accessory Uses R-3 R-5 C-1 C-2 C-3 I-1 <br /> (10) Outdoor dining shall be -- -- PR PR SP SP <br /> allowed in commercial <br /> districts as an accessory <br /> use to an allowed eating <br /> place serving food and <br /> beverage, provided that <br /> visual screening shall be <br /> required in any area <br /> abutting a residential <br /> zone. Such screening shall <br /> consist of a solid fence, <br /> wall or mature <br /> hedge or other screen type <br /> planting of such height as <br /> to screen any diners from <br /> the said residential zone. <br /> 27 <br />
