Robertson <br /> 22 Sunset Circle (Map 64 Parcel 16) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> FINDING-2019-32 <br /> Charlie said anything under 200 sq. ft. does not require a building permit.A Zoning <br /> Verification form is required to confirm the location of the structure. Any structure 120 sq. <br /> ft. or less can be within 5 ft. of the side or rear property line and meet the front setback <br /> requirements. Anything over 120 sq. ft. up to 200 sq. ft. needs to meet the zoning of the <br /> area. <br /> Mr. Goldstein read the Board of Health comments into the record. Sharon read the <br /> Conservation comments into the record. <br /> Mr. Furbush read the DPW comments into the record. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board. <br /> There were two abutters present and had no objections for the shed. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Written Finding. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on <br /> Wednesday, June 26, 20.19, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a <br /> Written Finding to Lawrence D. Robertson and Marie C. Robertson under §174-17 of the <br /> Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a 12' x 22' shed on property located in an R-5 <br /> Zoning District, at 22 Sunset Circle, Map 64 Parcel 16, Mashpee, MA with the following <br /> conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2.
