Conditioned that a site plan be supplied to the Building Department showing all <br /> drywells noted on the site plan which also has to be approved by the DPW that all <br /> storm water runoff all storm water runoff from the existing dwelling and proposed <br /> addition be contained onsite (installation of drywells for roof runoff), and that <br /> during construction,the existing catch basin in the road in front of the property be <br /> protected with filter fabric to prevent sediment from entering it. <br /> 5. Conditioned that the approval of the Inspection Department that no kitchen sink, <br /> wet bar, refrigerator, cooking device(s) of any type be permitted in this proposed <br /> living space without first coming back to the ZBA. <br /> 6.
