MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A WRITTEN FINDING <br /> Donald R. Morin, Jr. and Lisandra Morin <br /> 24 Papnomett Road (Map 61 Parcel 45) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> FINDING-2019-25 <br /> Mr. Mendoza confirmed that the original plan submitted gave the appearance that <br /> the mudroom entrance was two doors from the outside, one door from the garage, and <br /> access from the upper level bedroom, but nothing going into the house. He needed <br /> clarification from the applicant. <br /> Mr. Gould read the DPW comments into the record requesting that the Board <br /> condition that all storm water runoff from the existing dwelling and proposed addition be <br /> contained onsite(installation of drywells for roof runoff), and that during construction,the <br /> existing catch basin in the road in front of the property be protected with filter fabric to <br /> prevent sediment from entering it. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer read the Inspection Department comments into the record with <br /> conditions that no kitchen sink, wet bar, refrigerator, cooking device(s) of any type be <br /> permitted in this proposed living space without first coming back to the ZBA. Sharon also <br /> read the Conservation Department and Board of Health comments into the record. <br /> Mr. Furbush asked Mr. Bright if he had a revised plot plan with the dry wells <br /> depicted on the plan. Mr. Bright said he spoke with Landers-Cauley who will revise the <br /> plan. Mr. Furbush wants Mr. Bright to provide the Board with a new plan as soon as <br /> possible. <br /> Mr.Blaisdell said that the approval will not be submitted until they receive a revised <br /> site plan. <br /> Mr. Mendoza wanted confirmation from the Board that Mr. Bright will need to <br /> submit the plan to him at the Building Department, and will inform the Board when <br /> received for their signature. Two copies will be required. <br /> GENERAL CRITERIA: <br /> The subject property located at is approximately 12,500 square feet. <br /> There was one abutter present. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Written Finding. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on <br /> Wednesday, April 10, 2019, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a <br /> Written Finding to Owners, Donald R. and Lisandra Morin at 24 Papnomett Road under <br /> §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of an attached two car garage with <br /> living space above on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 61 Parcel 45, <br /> Mashpee, MA,with the following conditions; <br /> 2 <br />
