Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to continue to July 25, 2019, seconded by Mr. O'Neill. Vote 4-0 <br /> unanimous. <br /> 6:18 p.m. Chairman McKay re-opened the hearing for 14 Capstan Circle (RDA): The <br /> applicants were not present at the meeting for this hearing. On behalf of the applicants, the <br /> commission voted to continue the hearing to July 25th at 6:18 p.m. <br /> Mr. O'Neill motioned to continue the hearing to July 25th at 6:18 p.m. seconded by Mr. <br /> Sweet <br /> VIOLATION UPDATE: (Issuance of a fine): The Agent described a violation committed by <br /> Pastore Excavation and recommended a$300 fine. Specifically, use of a heavy machinery(front <br /> end loader) to access a section of coastal beach adjacent to the New Seabury ocean golf course <br /> (near hole 3). The heavy machinery left vehicle tracks on the coastal beach, which is mapped <br /> as rare shorebird habitat by the MA Natural Heritage & Endangered Species Program (NHESP). <br /> There was no authorization given for this access. The Commission voted to fine Pastore <br /> Excavation $300 for this violation. <br /> UPDATE: Review of proposed changes to the Town of Mashpee Chapter 172 Wetland Bylaw. <br /> The Agent dispersed copies of several proposed bylaw changes for the 2019 October Fall Town <br /> Meeting Warrant. <br /> The Agent provided some additional updates to the commission as they signed the approved <br /> permits.
