2 <br /> Finance Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> April 25, 2019 <br /> Present: Mike Richardson, Jeffrey Pettengill, Chris Avis, <br /> Gregory McKelvey, Phil McCahill, Darlene Furbush <br /> Absent: Sylvester Ryan <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Richardson at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT -None at this time. <br /> MINUTES <br /> Thursday, March 28, 2019: <br /> Motion made by Mr. Avis to approve the minutes of Thursday,March 28, 2019 as <br /> presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Mrs. Furbush. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 6-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Richardson,yes Mr. Pettengill,yes Mr. Avis,yes <br /> Mr. McKelvey,yes Mr. McCahill,yes Mrs. Furbush,yes <br /> Opposed, none <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Continued Review of May 6, 2019 Annual Town Meeting Warrant: <br /> In preparation for the May 6, 2019 Special &Annual Town Meetings, the Finance Committee <br /> continued their review of the warrant. <br /> Special Town Meeting Warrant: <br /> Article #1: To fund a deficit in the Snow& Ice Account <br /> The Finance Committee intends to make a recommendation prior to the Special Town Meeting. <br /> Article #14: CPC: To continue to fund the Housing Assistance Program; $330,000. <br /> a 3-year appropriation allocating $110,000 per year subject to a Memorandum of <br /> Understanding between the Board of Selectmen& Mashpee Housing Authority <br /> A brief discussion followed. The MOU will require financial reporting with quarterly updates. <br />
