The Commission has actively encouraged residents, Town. <br /> loaders, business loaders, regulators, and adjacent communities within and outside of the planning area to <br /> actively participate in the planning process. The public outreach program consists of several components, <br /> 00 Monthly Sewer Commission meetings—televised and open to the public. <br /> CO A Community Advisory Committee (CAC)—as appointed by the Board of Selectmen. <br /> CO Publics presentations on various phases and aspects of the project and related efforts through the <br /> Town and Region. <br /> 00 Development of public education materials: <br /> Project web page: w .mashpeewaters.com, including project description, meeting minutes,, <br /> reports, contacts, and other project related information. <br /> Project kiosk- focusing on the problem and where to get additional information. <br /> Informational flier (first of two) the first focused on the nitrogen issues facing the PPA and <br /> general information on the project.
