Meo from Exec. pec. re: Spending-.Freeze Mr. Doherty <br /> questioned the legality of imposing a freeze on department <br /> .budgets# <br /> Mr. Greelish directed health Agents to expend funds as <br /> deemed necessary. 'ewe need <br /> ars elaboration as to what their intentions are. 11 "There are <br /> 26 lots proposed for this subdivision which is below the <br /> amount which would require Cape Cod Commission review. <br /> 7. variance re u st 27 Sandy Way - Mr. McQuaid stated, <br /> this is a preexisting approved subdivision. 'Due to the lot <br /> size in the subdivision the 1501 requirement between on-site <br /> well and septic cannot be met, however it is my opinion the <br /> proposed distance��can be significantly increased by moving <br /> the well further towards the rear of the lot thereby meeting <br /> the 1501 requireent. 11 <br />
