Mr. Greelish questioned Mr. Pesce as to whether the owner of lot 70 has been notified of the variance re- quest. Ir. Pesce responded, no, Mr. Greelish stated prior to this Board granting vari- ance ari- nce relief a letter from the property owner, (lot , will e required stating no objection .to the proposed upgrade. Mr, Lewis questioned whether the abutting well, (lot o , could be moved,.
