Mr. Greelish questioned Mr. Pesce as to whether <br /> the owner of lot 70 has been notified of the variance re- <br /> quest. <br /> Ir. Pesce responded, no, <br /> Mr. Greelish stated prior to this Board granting vari- <br /> ance <br /> ari- <br /> nce relief a letter from the property owner, (lot , will <br /> e required stating no objection .to the proposed upgrade. <br /> Mr, Lewis questioned whether the abutting well, (lot <br /> o , could be moved,. <br /> Mr. - McQuaid responded -yes, however D. * . may require <br /> the on-site well to be relocated to meet the 1001 State re-- <br /> qu i r-ement s. <br /> i <br />
