5 <br /> • i <br /> MINUTES February 6, 19924 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Gree l l sh recommended, once merger of the two compa- <br /> nies takes place this Board will allow Mr. Lopez to transfer <br /> his permit to the Abington Refuse' Company, during the in- <br /> terim period no unauthorized vehicles, vehicles not licensed <br /> to Mr, Lopez , (a/k/a Waste Aweigh, Ltd. ) , or vehicles without <br /> the appropriate stickers will be permitted to enter the Otis <br /> Transfer Station. "License suspension remains in effect un- <br /> til such time as stickers are affixed to approved vehicles," <br /> Board members agreed. F <br /> UNSC8 D LED APPOINTMENT: Promotory Point - Phase II <br /> Mr. Brian Zeppenfeld, representing New Seabury engineer- <br /> ing, <br /> ngineer-in , was in attendance to discuss perp extensions. <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed this Board approved plans condi- <br /> tional upon Conservation commission approval, "The Conserva- <br /> tion Commission requested the wetlands delineation to be re- <br /> examined." <br /> e-examined." . Upon further examination it was. learned a 100,1 <br /> buffer from the wetlands was delineated however, due to its <br /> close proximity to the structure revised plans were requested <br /> to include a pump station, " "l relayed to the , Conservation <br /> commission officer that, although this Board loops unfavor- <br /> ably towards the installation of a pump station, it appears <br /> to be the only feasible alternative. 11 stir. Zeppenfeld is <br /> present tonight to request pert extensions with revised plan <br /> approval. " <br /> 1r. Costa stated as the Conservation Commission re- <br /> quested .revised plans he would recommend granting the perk <br /> extension request for a 30 day period from date of expira- <br /> tion. <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> Mr, Costa Motioned to grant a 30 day perp extension from <br /> date of expiration for the project known as "Promotory Point <br /> Phase III' , Mr, Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> 5, ) x,9 1.
