Doherty questioned Ms, Cloutier as to whether she <br /> has consulted with the building inspector. <br /> !s, Cloutier responded, she retained a structural engi- <br /> neer who determined the 'building as structurally sound, <br /> Ms, McQuaid informed Board members the system was pumped <br /> twice a year from 1982 thru 1987 * "The grease trap must be <br /> pumped once a month or problems wi11 arise.. " <br /> Mr, Doherty called to Ms. Cloutier's attention the prob- <br /> lem with illegal dumping along the ravine towards the rear of <br /> the lot. "The legal lot owner is held responsible for re- <br /> moval of -illegally dumped materials, " <br /> Ms. Cloutier stated she will make an effort to cleanup <br /> the ravine area. <br /> Mr, Doherty reminded Mso Cloutier should any hazardous <br /> materials be found she is to notify this Board. <br /> Mr. Costa informed MsqW Cloutier this Board will issue <br /> temporary passes to dispose of the materials from the site. <br /> Nor. McQuaid stated, in his opinion, the illegal dumping <br /> at the site is attributable to the two shads located on the <br /> property, "One of the shads is full of hazardous <br /> materials.
