"The owner is requesting a 251 variance from abutting <br /> well:, lot 58 Great ;Pines' Brive , to on-site septic, a 11. <br /> variance* from 'abutting sept. .. lot 60 Great Pines Drive) , to <br /> on-site* weld. and a 2 ' variance from on-site well to on-site <br /> septic, " <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant the variances as stated <br /> by Mro McQuaid, Mr. Costa seconded, all agreed. <br /> 11. septic plan - 41 Lakeview Drive - Mr , McQuaid stated <br /> Town Counsel reviewed the process by which this subdivision <br /> was approved by both the Planning Board and Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals. "Town Counsel was of the opinion proper- channels <br /> were not followed however, indicated the Board of Health did <br /> not appeal the approval in the time frame allotted, " "To m <br /> knowledge this Board was never informed the subdivision was <br /> given final approval . " Mr, McQuaid expressed concern with <br /> the marginal distance allotted for breakout. <br /> Mr , Gr�eelish expressed tris concern with the misers. <br /> Mr.. McQuaid recommended this Board request the engineer <br /> to attend an upcoming meeting. <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> APPOINTMENT - Peter . FisherF - Cataumet Fish <br /> Mr. Fisher was in attendance for this scheduled appoint- <br /> ment. <br /> Mr, Evans informed the .Board Mr, Fisher currently holds <br /> a retail license. 11Mr.. Fisher is proposing to expand his <br /> business to include the sale of "ready-to-eat' foods. " <br /> "Questions arose as to whether the installation of a rotis- <br /> serie would be construed as food preparation and would there- <br /> fore require a food establishment license and the installa- <br /> tion <br /> nstalla- <br /> tion of an additional bathroora..
