Pl an & Landfill <br /> Contract <br /> FACILITY PLAN - Mr. Michael Scipione and Mr. William Goo] , <br /> representing the engineering firm- of Weston & Sampson, were <br /> in attendance, <br /> Mr. Scipione informed the- Board he is currently review- <br /> ing funding for the project and will update the State so they <br /> can create next years priority last. 'The Board of Selectmen <br /> received the State forms and forwarded them to us, " "They <br /> have been completed and returned to the executive Secretary <br /> for his authorization and rust be submitted no. later than to- <br /> morrow, " <br /> o- <br /> morrow. " <br /> . Scipione stated .he met with the torn of Sandwich and <br /> the ,I .R. regarding the feasibility study* ' t1 .M,R. has com- <br /> pleted about % of their study and about o of the design.. " <br /> "We now have enough information to tape our study through' and <br /> within five to six weeks we should be able to get the draft <br /> of the alternative evaluation- chapter completed and submitted <br /> to the town for review. " tone this has been completed we <br /> will be meeting with the M.M,Ro engineers to incorporate the <br /> best plan for the towns. " <br /> Ir.
