Cloutier this Board was under the <br /> impression the leaching facility included a septic tank. <br /> Nis. Cloutier stated she is unsure as to what the leach-w <br /> ing facility consists of. <br /> M r. Costa informed Ms. Cloutier a septic tank must be <br /> installed prior to this Boards approval of the leaching fa- <br /> cilitye <br /> Nis. Cloutier stated she is financially unable to install <br /> septic tank. ' <br /> Mr. Doherty informed Nis. Cloutier this Board cannot ap- <br /> prove the system as it currently exists. <br /> Mr, Greel ish informed Ms. C'loutier• once the septic tank <br /> is installed average seating may not exceed 50. <br /> Nis. Cloutier questioned the Board as to what size tank <br /> must be installed. <br /> Mr, Doherty informed Nis. Cloutier a 5000 gallon tank i <br /> required. <br /> Mr. Creelish stated he would like Nis.
