"if this proposal is rejected and <br /> if the financial burden is to great we will go to court, as <br /> out intentions are to build on the lot and we will expect the <br /> town to carry the costs for court proceedings*" <br /> Mr, Evans commented., if the system is not pumped the <br /> filter material will require replacement. <br /> Mr. McGrath agreed with Mr. Evans comment. <br /> Mr, fall questioned Mr. Robinson as to what his inten- <br /> tions are should the Board require him to provide a 15 year <br /> testing protocol. <br /> Mr. Robinson responded, if it is to burdensome we may be <br /> forced to file a law suit with the town.. "I cannot full an- <br /> swer the question as I have no idea what the costs may be. " <br /> "If the cost is a reasonable cost and a reasonable length of <br /> time. I will try and accommodate the town. " "I'm not sure <br /> what sort of compromise might be possible in teams of sharing <br /> the costs with the town as it is for informational purposes <br /> in future decisions the town may want make.
